Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption and of Saint Fructus

At Segovia Cathedral, you can enjoy a self-guided tour of the interior of this iconic temple, a true architectural gem from the 16th century.

In the last Gothic cathedral built in Spain, you can walk on the paved floor, explore the Gothic cloister, moved stone by stone from the old cathedral, and visit the exhibition halls containing pieces of great artistic and religious value.

Central nave: notable for its luminosity and elegant ribbed vaults.
Choir: houses an impressive Renaissance choir stall carved in wood.

Opening Times

The opening times for the Segovia Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
Sundays: The Cathedral is open from 12:45 PM – 6:30 PM, and the Episcopal Palace from 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

In all cases, the final admission is 1 hour before closing time.

Please note that these times are flexible and subject to change.

With your ticket, you can access the Cathedral (C. Marqués del Arco, 1, 40001 Segovia) and the Episcopal Palace (Pl. San Esteban, 13, 40003 Segovia) on the day of the reservation and until the following day at 3 pm.

Free Admission

On Sundays (from 9 am to 10 am between April and September, and from 9:30 am to 10:30 am between October and March), admission to the Cathedral is free; however, the following areas within the complex will remain closed: the cloister, exhibition rooms, and chapels.
