We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
The only problem was that, about halfway through the tour, we lost contact with our group and our guide. So, we went back to the point where we had lost them and then continued the tour on our own.
Our guide, Cristine, was very enthusiastic about the Cartagena. She presented a comprehensive overview of the very early history along with highlights of the Roman and Carthage struggles for power. She brought us to current changes happening to Cartagena right now.
An excellent tour - our guide made it interesting throughout. It didn’t drag, but was a good length to keep everyone engaged. He had an excellent knowledge base and was able to answer every question we had.
We could not have had a better guide than Marco for this tour. Not only was he enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but also showed a great sense of humour. He gave lots of insight about Milan, while making sure we understood all the explanations and curiosities. Thank you, Marco!
It was absolutely brilliant , I can’t recommend it enough. Our guide Ricardo was very informative about the history of Madrid , he was funny and very friendly. The tapas we had was excellent along with the wine.
