Indulge in the artistry of Italian cheese-making by immersing yourself in a mozzarella workshop in the charming locale of Vico Equense for a cheesy experience!

Mozzarella Workshop

Calling all Italian food lovers! Join us for this tasty experience while visiting Vico Equense, and try your hand at mastering the art of crafting one of Campania's most renowned cheeses–the mozzarella.

Meet us at Via Luigi Avellino, where we'll be greeted by a passionate mozzarella expert. Prepare to be inspired as we learn about the rich family legacy dedicated to the meticulous production of mozzarella. Witness firsthand the lifelong commitment to crafting this exquisite Italian cheese, made of only the finest cow's milk for the most high-quality product.

Our adventure will take us to a farm, that proudly produces a 0-kilometer mozzarella, utilizing milk sourced from their cows and crafting cheeses with 100% natural ingredients. Immerse yourself in the secrets of this farm, understanding the intricacies of their sustainable and authentic approach.

During the mozzarella workshop, we'll try our hand at every step of crafting this cheese. From the essential ingredients and the precise temperature required for the milk to the pivotal role played by rennet in the process, you'll gain insight into the art of cheese-making. We'll learn about curd spinning, a crucial aspect of the journey, leading to the ultimate creation of mozzarella.

To put the perfect finishing touch on our hands-on experience, we'll sit down to a mozzarella tasting paired with a glass of wine!

Then, after 2 hours of being up to our elbows in cheese-making, we'll bring our experience to an end.
