Translate this opinion into English.

I highly recommend this tour. We visited some truly beautiful and unique places, and Hatim was incredibly kind, attentive, and shared fascinating information about every corner we visited. He also speaks perfect Spanish, which made the tour very enjoyable. He was very friendly, and we definitely recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

The driver was excellent, very professional and polite. The tour apparently includes an unavoidable stop at a cave house, which in my opinion adds nothing, and on top of that, he has to leave a €5 tip, whether you want tea or not. Otherwise, it was fine. The best part was the cedar forest and the driver.

Translate this opinion into English.

We're glad to hear you rated the driver and the cedar forest positively. We always recommend carefully reviewing the activity details before booking. We hope to see you again soon!

The excursion wasn't really worth it. Barely 20 minutes at each place, and realistically, nothing special. The best part of our day was our driver and guide, Youssef, for his kindness, teaching us Arabic, and explaining everything in a traditional way. He saved our excursion, hence the rating. Excursion 2/10, Youssef 10/10.

It's fine, but it's much shorter than advertised. The cave visit requires a tip; otherwise, you won't get in, and I think it should be included in the price. Regarding food, they tell you where to eat, but you don't know what you'll have to pay, so it would be better if they dropped you off at a designated area and you could choose based on the options you find. Adding up the tip, the food, which wasn't great, and the initial payment, I found the excursion to be expensive.

Translate this opinion into English.

The driver had a minor issue with a family member and asked my permission to resolve it over the phone. It took a while, but he wasn't in a hurry. However, once it was sorted out, he continued talking privately (with his girlfriend) for a long time. I felt it appropriate to mention that I had paid a significant amount of money for a private trip, not for an Arabic course. He apologized. This comment is for the company, but it seems I need to authorize its publication for it to reach them.

Translate this opinion into English.

I had a great time, 4 friends and my 10-year-old son traveled and everything was very interesting. The guide Youssef is very professional, both as a guide and as a driver. He was very kind, outgoing, honest and a very good person. In some towns it rained a lot but it was no problem for us, and it was very cold but Youssef colored the day with good energy and it was an incredible experience. We recommend it 100% because you see very green landscapes, waterfalls and beautiful towns. Opinion translated. Show original.
