We arrived after a rainy morning, and I even considered not going despite having paid... and they tell us the elevator isn't working. I, all cocky, replied that it was no problem, since I had paid and had read some reviews about this issue. It's 26 floors with 370 steps—enough to kill you trying. My complaint is that elderly people who have paid wouldn't be able to get there. They should warn people beforehand.

Davvero impressionante. Translate this opinion into English.

Truly impressive. Glad we went. It's a bit far to walk from the center. Better to take the E15 line. Opinion translated. Show original.

Bufff.

Wow. The views from the top were absolutely beautiful. That was my favorite part. For those who love heights, it's the best. But what I didn't like was that the people at the entrance first asked me if I had a Lisboa Card. When I said no, they checked something on a computer and gave me the ticket without any problem. Following the arrows on the floor, I went to the first part of the activity. But there was almost no information about how to get up the stairs. The staff didn't give you any directions.

Translate this opinion into English.

With the elevator not working, there was no one to guide us or provide any explanation; in the virtual experience, there is only 1 pair of glasses, and we had to take turns. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I don't consider it a must-do, but you have a good time and there are good views of the wonderful bridge and the city. The VR experience is interesting. You can take advantage of the activity to see that area of Lisbon that is out of the ordinary: Santo Amaro viewpoint, LX factory... this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was a peaceful experience, the explanation of the bridge's construction, the elevator that takes you up where you find yourself in contact with the bridge, the only thing is that when we took the virtual reality photo, nothing arrived via email. Opinion translated. Show original.

Whether it was my fault or not, the information that the elevator was out of order was only given on site. After checking the reservation, I did see that the information was there, but even so, Civitatis continues to sell the ticket at the price as if the elevator were operational, when at the location the sale of the same is significantly cheaper.

Translate this opinion into English.

It is a fun experience, but I warn everyone, there is no elevator, the climb up the stairs is worth the views from the top, and of course I encourage all those who do not suffer from vertigo, they will love it. Opinion translated. Show original.

A must-do for the beautiful view, but 26 floors on foot because the elevators were out of order, best to avoid.
