I travelled with my partner

We didn't get to do it, when we got to the meeting point there were a lot of people, no one to ask questions and no area to wait in when it was 40 degrees; We saw a sign that it was a bus every hour and we went to get back to the 1:00 p.m. bus, but when we arrived a lady who was cleaning the bus told us that it leaves at 2:00 p.m. and not at 1:00 p.m. as it said on the sign, so that with the heat we were not going to wait another hour, a disaster...a robbery...they should return our money because they did not keep schedules

I travelled with teenagers

The meeting point is poorly marked. There is only one bus that makes the circular route, so if there is no space you cannot get on (and there are many tourists who come from cruise ships so it is always full). The bus does not make any stops except when you get to the fortress, but if you get off the bus safely you will not be able to get back on because it is always full. It is very expensive for what the activity offers

Translate this opinion into English.

Our website describes the route and the stops that the bus makes. On the other hand, we apologize for the inconvenience that the increase in passengers may cause in summer. Despite this, we always strive to provide an optimal experience. Opinion translated. Show original.
