Food Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at the Embassy Gardens residential complex to begin this food tour. Are you ready to discover the flavors of Panama City?

We’ll venture away from the usual tourist spots to explore the streets of an authentic neighborhood and visit small family-run businesses, traditional stalls, and long-standing local spots that Panamanians return to time and time again.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy 15 tastings and drinks, sampling traditional dishes and appetizers that local families have grown up with. Between bites, we’ll explain the country’s culinary traditions, the stories behind these spots, and the connection between food and daily life in the city.

With our palates satisfied, our stomachs full, and having discovered Panama City beyond the conventional restaurants, we’ll conclude the tour at the starting point after a total of 3 hours.
