Everything was fine. My guided tour was in Spanish, which is why we joined a free tour. I would have preferred to explore on my own. The guide spent a lot of time on comments and conversations, and we didn't have time to see other things. I recommend exploring independently, at least if you're in Spanish. Opinion translated.

The tour was generally good, although I would suggest creating a WhatsApp group in case people get lost. Some people did. One hour in Setenil de las Bodegas was far too short. I had my elderly father with me, and we had to keep pace with him; he's doing well, but the hills were tough for him. They could have allowed two hours there. And regarding the tour in Ronda, I would suggest making stops or indicating where to use the restrooms. They take you all over the city at a breakneck pace without giving you time to use the restroom or buy water.

Translate this opinion into English.

Thank you for your suggestions. We regret that the time in Setenil de las Bodegas wasn't sufficient and that the tour pace wasn't right for you and your father. We will take your comments regarding the duration and stops into account to improve the experience on future tours. Opinion translated. Show original.

My family and I loved our trip to Setenil and Ronda. I especially want to highlight the work of Candela, our Spanish-speaking guide in Ronda, as she explained everything with great enthusiasm and warmth. Our only suggestion for improvement was that the free time we had to wander around both towns on our own was a bit limited; we would have liked to have a little more time to explore the streets and have a leisurely drink. However, we managed our time well. Opinion translated. Show original.

Teresa and Patricia were lovely and very attentive. Adolfo, the first driver, was very professional and attentive, but the second driver, Edu, kept turning off the air conditioning and asking if we were already asleep due to the drop in blood pressure from the heat. He kept drinking energy drinks while driving, didn't respect the speed limits, was unprofessional and very nervous, and kept talking to the guide. This created a sense of insecurity among the passengers, and he even exceeded the speed limit by 20 km/h.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is beautiful! The places are wonderful and unique! The agency that took us did a good job. However, there is an important detail. It needs to be clarified in the tour promotion that the guide prefers to speak in English, even though it is stated that the tour is in English and Spanish. Even after informing her that our choice was Spanish, not much attention was given, and that was not nice.

Translate this opinion into English.

Ronda is absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide in Ronda was Tania, and her kindness, knowledge, and way of guiding us were fantastic. We truly loved it, both the area and the recommendations she gave us for our free time. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion was enjoyable. Our guide was very helpful and kind. The only downside was the bus used for transportation, which was very old and worn. There was no air conditioning on the return journey; needless to say, it was intensely hot. It's impossible to travel more than two hours without air conditioning when it's over 43 degrees Celsius outside. Opinion translated. Show original.

Felicitaciones!!! Translate this opinion into English.

The bus departed from Seville on time. The guide on the bus (I think her name was Patricia) was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained everything in both English and Spanish. Excellent. The driver handled the transport with complete safety, and the tour in Ronda, led by Teresa, was extraordinary. I loved hearing all her knowledge of the place; she was friendly and very entertaining. Congratulations! Opinion translated. Show original.

Recomendo o passeio. It was perfect. From the punctual arrival, with the reception by Patricia (very friendly) and the journey made with great tranquility and without setbacks. We had about 1h30 to walk in Setenil (prepare your legs!), which is enough to take good photos. In just 20 minutes we were in Ronda. A fantastic city. As I was the only one with a Spanish-speaking guide, I was warmly welcomed by Lourdes, a resident of Ronda and an excellent connoisseur. She was also wonderful. I recommend the tour. Translate this opinion into English.

The guides and the driver were excellent. The excursion is very beautiful, but to appreciate and enjoy it, you should do it with more time. With just one more hour divided between Setenil and Ronda, it could have been appreciated much more without having to rush, unable to eat or properly use the restrooms. Opinion translated.

The time allocated for Setenil was very short. We had to see everything in a rush, unfortunately. On the way back, we had to change buses due to a malfunction of the air conditioning. It was unnecessary since it wasn't hot at all. All of this made us lose 45 minutes, which caused us to miss an appointment in Seville. Besides this unnecessary delay, when we arrived, the driver dropped us off at a point much farther away from where we started! This caused us great inconvenience!

Our bus guide Leira was excellent, always ready to help with anything we needed. In Ronda, Candela was outstanding. She's very knowledgeable and loves her town, conveying it wonderfully. I don't recommend Setenil; it takes time away from Ronda, which is well worth visiting, and it's without a guide. The bus itself is another story. It was unacceptable that the air conditioning wasn't working. To make matters worse, it was a hot day. We also couldn't leave anything on the bus in case they were cleaning it (?). It dropped us off further away, even though there was no traffic disruption.

Elevou o passeio a outro nível! Ahh o Severo também (o motorista) simpático e ótimo motorista. Translate this opinion into English.

It was very well executed. Punctuality, comfortable bus, trip went as specified in the purchase. The highlight was the guide Vanessa. A mix of the character Raquel from the soap opera Vale Tudo, Joel Santana and his peculiar way of mixing languages, and Nanny People! A delightful professional. She elevated the tour to another level! Oh, and Severo (the driver) was also friendly and a great driver. Opinion translated. Show original.

Primero fuimos a Setenil, luego a Ronda.

The description on Civitatis doesn't match reality. We went to Setenil first, then to Ronda. We only spent an hour in Setenil, not an hour and a half. We spent around three hours in Ronda, not an hour and a half. Our guide, Cristina, barely gave any directions. We missed the bus because we got lost leaving Setenil; it's a complicated place, and the guide's instructions were insufficient. I recommend saving the meeting point's location on Google.
