Como crítica en nu Translate this opinion into English.

Hello good morning Our experience was positive, the provider was a luxury, very attentive to all schedules and details. The hotels and/or riads, all very good, nice and well located, clean and with good services. The desert experience was incredible. The guys who accompany you, whether on the dromedaries or on the quad bikes, are very friendly. It's worth noting the distances between the different places to visit; sometimes you spend many hours in the vehicle, which I clarify is very comfortable. As a criticism in our Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The places visited and the hotels, wonderful. Hamid, the runner that we had throughout the trip, drove very well, he stopped us to see landscapes whenever we asked, he talked to us about his culture and told us anecdotes; out of 10. I do not give the maximum score because the guides of Fez and Marrakech almost do not show you monuments, they are more concerned with taking you to artisans in the souk so that you can buy where they want, than anything else, and that should only be the final part of the route,.

Youssef and Mohammed were very attentive and helpful, taking care of the entire tour while my wife and I were at the different planned locations. Hamid, our driver-guide for the nine days, was a very kind person, with solid knowledge of the country and attentive to our every need throughout the trip. The places visited and hotels were very well chosen. The transfer vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz van in very good condition and with good air conditioning, although more power would have been desirable.

Excellent driver with a lot of experience on the road. The guides in Fes and Marrakesh are very good. The experience in the desert is the best of the circuit. The hotel in Fes was very low compared to the others on the circuit and was not on the list offered. The guide in Marrakech is good but very limited to the Medina and the city, which offers much more, is lost. And finally, they could expand the range of restaurants for lunch with the drivers because it is always the same menu every day.

Translate this opinion into English.

First and last time doing a tour with Civitatis. Driver with little experience, hotels that are far from being 4-star category. The Fes Guide gave us a shopping tour instead of a tour to learn about the place. The best thing that Civitatis coordinated was the Marrakech Guide and the desert excursion (dromedary ride and the tent). Morocco is beautiful and I will return, but with another tour company.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a great experience, the driver is always friendly and attentive and the riad is always good. I recommend for the desert that you already carry a small backpack with your things prepared so that you do not have to do it at the moment since you have to load it on the dromedary. But in general everything went very well Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The 8-day tour is very comprehensive in terms of the sites visited, although it undoubtedly involves many hours of driving. Therefore, it's important that the vehicle be comfortable and the driver competent, as was the case. Opinion translated. Show original.
