Positive: you have 4 lines that go everywhere and you can get on and off where you want. They are very punctual and stick to the schedules regarding departure times and frequencies. Negative: they start after 9 and depending on what time you want to arrive at your destination, they may not be useful because you have to add the stops to the distance, and they finish very early in the afternoon, so it’s the same. They are not air-conditioned, and right now you fry up top with the sun on your head and down below you can't stay. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was a disgrace. In the middle of February, with trains supposedly running every 30 or 60 minutes (once, when it was snowing, we waited 45 minutes and ended up on the metro). You usually only take it because you have limited time to see the city, as was our case, and with a small child... Absolutely terrible. The stops weren't well marked, and to top it off, when we finally managed to board, the audio announcements weren't working in several places. We were only able to use it twice in two days; we wasted a lot of time. I would never use it again, and I certainly don't recommend it.

Translate this opinion into English.

No recomiendo.

The service was very slow. There were no buses, they took more than 40 minutes to arrive, and at one point we had to wait an hour to board the next one. I don't recommend it.

Translate this opinion into English.

Drivers do their best to adhere to the established schedules and frequencies. At certain times of day, however, circumstances such as traffic or the number of passengers boarding at specific stops can lead to these situations. We will continue working to minimize this.

The activity is good. But the employees on site do not know the services and prices. They are unable to provide information, which caused us issues. Additionally, announcing the bus at the stop "museum of applied arts" without specifying that it is closed on Mondays. Several of us tourists got off the bus and found the museum closed. It would be very helpful to train your employees on the services and prices you offer.

Translate this opinion into English.
